How to Build a Fat Loss Friendly Snackle Box
If you’re in your own shape-up era, here’s how I keep my Snackle Box working for me, not against me:
- Fill it with color: Think berries, grapes, snap peas, carrots, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, apple slices, and whatever produce you love.
- Add protein: Sliced turkey, boiled eggs, cheese sticks, Greek yogurt cups (just pack a spoon!), or even a few protein bars or beef sticks.
- Healthy fats: A couple of compartments for nuts or single-serve guac packs.
- Balance it out: If you want to throw in a little treat, do it! Chocolate covered almonds or a couple of dark chocolate squares can fit your goals and your vibe.
